It's very special event because at that time Balboa scene was very small and very few local teachers were there. Even though they didn't have enough experience and knowledge about Balboa itself. And then, Korea Balboa Weekend was really successful and let lot of Lindy hopper make into beautiful balboa's floor.? At 2009, Korea Balboa Classic Championship made 1st KBCC winner and then KBCC is only one competition by international judges. This year, 2014, we changed the title name from KBCC, Korea Balboa Classic Championship to KBC, Korea Balboa Championship. After first KBW, most of top-level balboa instructors came to Korea for teaching balboa and sharing their passion and inspiration. Bernard Cavasa, Anne-Helene Cavasa, David Rehm, Laura Keat, Jeremy Otth, Kelly Aresnault, Mickey Fortanasce, Bobby White, Kate Hedin for Summer Balboa Fest, B&B, Blues & Balboa and Korea Balboa Weekend.
