Queer Swing Seattle

Our mission is to share the joys of Lindy Hop, the original black American social dance with folks in a way that empowers them for who they are - both on and off the dance floor.

A queer-affirming Lindy Hop scene in Seattle, running queer-empowered classes and events for the LGBTQAI+ community since 2019, in partnership with Swing It Seattle. Classes use the Everybody-Leads-Everybody-Follows (E.L.E.F.) approach, so students learn to both lead and follow.
