Here she dances a number she did when she was 19 years old from the movie, Swing Fever, 1943. 1943: Jean Veloz (19 years old) dances with Don Gallagher (Army) and Lenny Smith ( Navy) 2017: Jean Veloz (93 1/2 years old) dances with Steve Conrad (Army) and Joel Plys (Navy) Background from Rusty Frank: "The long and the short of it is that I was approached by Forever Young (Steve Harvey national TV show), to have Jean appear as a special guest. Originally, she was just to social dance. No problem. Later, they changed their minds, and they decided to have her do the dance from Swing Fever, 1943! Well... that was where the fun began. Jean and I picked Joel Plys and Steve Conrad as the new "two boys." The amazing part of all of this for us, was that we were reconstructing an iconic dance, featuring a living icon. We needed to take out all the risky bits (lifts, free spins, etc), and make the dance completely sociable for Jean -- meaning that she wouldn't have to memorize a choreography that she had done 74 years prior! It all worked so perfectly! On the Steve Harvey show, they only showed 30 seconds of the dance; so here you have the entire number! What an amazing journey for Steve, Joel, and myself… not to mention Jean!” - Rusty Frank
