After first KBW most of top world-level balboa instructors came to Korea for teaching balboa and sharing their' energy. Bernard Cavasa, Anne-Helene Cavasa, David Rehm, Laura Keat, Jeremy Otth, Kelly Aresnault, Mickey Fortanasce, Bobby White, Kate Hedin for Summer Balboa Fest, B&B, Blues & Balboa and Korea Balboa Weekend. At 2009, Korea Classic Balboa Championship made 1st KCBC winner and then KCBC is only one competition by international judges.
