Creating course bundles

Group multiple courses into a subscription bundle with tiered pricing.

Course bundles let you package multiple courses together under a single subscription. Subscribers get access to everything in the bundle for a recurring monthly fee.

What you can do

  • Create a bundle owned by your dancer profile or an organization you manage
  • Add any of your published courses to the bundle
  • Set up tiered pricing with different subscription levels
  • Track enrollments and revenue from the bundle dashboard

Setting one up

1. Create the bundle

Head to your course bundles page and create a new one. Give it a title, description, currency, and optional cover image. Choose whether to list it in the directory.

2. Add courses

From the bundle dashboard, add your published courses. Only courses with the same owner (your profile or your organization) can be included. Reorder them to control how they’re displayed.

3. Set up pricing tiers

Create one or more subscription tiers with different price points. Each tier is a monthly Stripe subscription. Activate the tiers you want to offer and deactivate any you don’t.

4. Connect Stripe and publish

You’ll need Stripe connected before publishing. If your dancer profile or organization already has Stripe set up, you’re good to go. Otherwise, the dashboard will walk you through onboarding. Once connected, hit Publish.

Managing subscribers

The bundle dashboard shows active enrollment counts and total revenue. Subscribers manage their own billing (cancel, update payment) through the Stripe billing portal, accessible from the bundle page.

Good to know

  • Archiving a bundle hides it from new subscribers but doesn’t cancel existing subscriptions automatically.
  • Courses can exist in a bundle and be available individually at the same time.
