Swingaround hosts video courses from teachers and organizations across the swing dance world. Browse, enroll, and track your progress all in one place.
Finding courses
Head to Browse Courses to see what’s available. You can filter by dance style tags, course type, and content mode, or search by keyword. Each listing shows the instructor, a short description, and pricing.
How enrollment works
Courses come in three flavors:
- Free courses let you enroll instantly with one click.
- Paid courses take you through Stripe checkout for a one-time purchase.
- Subscription courses offer tiered pricing (monthly or otherwise). Pick the tier that fits and you’ll be set up through Stripe.
After enrolling, you get full access to the course content. If the course has a linked community (clubhouse), you’re automatically added as a member.
Watching and tracking progress
Open any course you’re enrolled in to see its sections and videos. The platform tracks which videos you’ve watched and your completion percentage. On My Courses, each course shows a progress bar and a Resume button that takes you straight to your next unwatched video.
Your dashboard also shows a Continue watching section so you can jump back in without hunting for the course.
Managing your subscription
For subscription courses, you can manage billing (cancel, update payment method) directly from the course page. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you handle everything.
Good to know
- You can browse course pages and see the structure before enrolling. Video content is locked until you join.
- If a course gets archived by the instructor, you’ll be notified by email and any active subscription is cancelled automatically.
- Check My Courses to see all your enrollments in one place, sorted by when you joined.
