If you’re stuck or something isn’t working, Swingaround has two ways to get help: the help center (you’re in it) and support tickets.
The help center
The Help Center has articles organized by topic: getting started, events, competitions, courses, community, practice, and profile. You can filter by audience (dancers, organizers, teachers) to see what’s most relevant to you.
Many pages also show a small ? Help link in the header. Click it to jump directly to the article about that feature.
Support tickets
For bugs, feature requests, or anything the help articles don’t cover, submit a support ticket from Settings. Pick a type:
- Something is broken for bugs or errors
- Wishlist for feature ideas
- Other for everything else
Add a subject and description, then submit. Your ticket shows up on the Settings page where you can track its status (new, open, resolved, closed). You’ll get a response from the team in the same thread.
Quick tips
- Browse the Help Center first. Most common questions are covered.
- Use the contextual ? Help links on pages where you’re working. They link to the most relevant article for that page.
- When submitting a ticket, include what you were doing and what went wrong. Screenshots help.
Good to know
- Support tickets are private. Only you and the Swingaround team can see them.
- You can edit or delete your own tickets from Settings.
- The help center is always available from the footer and the sidebar menu.
